In the Pharmacy Tech program at Carter County CTC, you will learn about medications prep, provide patients with related assistance, and manage pharmacy clinical and business operations.  You will also learn medical and pharmaceutical terminology, principles of pharmacology, and patient communication and education.  Whether you want to work in a pharmacy after high school or not, this program will teach you a wide variety of the basics related to healthcare and pharmaceuticals that will be beneficial to any further study or career prep related to the medical field.  It's an exciting program to kickstart your interests in this area of study!
